Board Approves Construction of Walking Path

At their July meeting, the White Swan Arts and Recreation Committee board unanimously approved the construction of a quarter-mile walking path at the Joe and Teresa Sampson Community Park. The walking path will be the newest addition to the growing community park that already houses a skatepark and three basketball courts.

"We're excited to be able to provide a safe space for families and friends to come together," said board president Shawna Young.

Construction on the walking path is expected to begin in late August.
